A German-based publisher will release a mobile hiking guide to the Santa Monica Mountains for Apple iPad, iPhone, and iTouch on Wednesday.
Michael Mueller Verlag is responsible for the app (titled MM-Hiking Santa Monica), which uses GPS, geo-integrated maps, and informative rich yet precise texts to guide hikers along 10 different paths in the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area.
