‘Out Of Control’ Santa Monica Man Threatens To Kill Three People In Screaming Session: APB: Ranting And Raving

On Saturday, Sept. 24, at 10:19 p.m. officers of the Santa Monica Police Department responded to the 300 block of Washington Avenue in order to investigate a report of a man who was screaming.

When the officers arrived they spoke with a trio of victims who told them that they had been in the area visiting a family member who lived in a nearby convalescent home when a man who was standing on his balcony verbally assaulted them.

The victims continued to explain that this man had told them during his screaming session that he was going to kill them.

The man had repeated this statement several times, and had appeared to be “out of control.”

The trio had feared for their safety and had run away from the scene, before calling the police. The officers arrested this man, and he was charged with making criminal threats.

The bail for this 32-year-old Santa Monica resident was set at $50,000.
