With Black Friday and the winter holidays almost here, Downtown Santa Monica, Inc., has begun their annual WinterLit Celebration.
The Sony Pictures movie, Arthur Christmas, will premiere on Wednesday and is the theme for the week. Families can enjoy snowfall, ornament decorating and a concert on Saturday with musicians Savannah Outen and Andy Grammer, a former Third Street Promenade street performer.
