Santa Monica’s Winterlit Celebration Returns:

Downtown Santa Monica’s Holiday celebration Winterlit returns on Nov. 13 and will continue throughout the holiday season with a variety of family-friendly activities, including winter wonderland surprises, the annual Winterlit Holiday Concert, nightly Menorah lightings and more.

This year’s Winterlit will be even more exciting as Aardman and Sony Pictures Animation celebrate their new holiday movie release, “Arthur Christmas,” (in theatres in 3D on Nov. 23) with 12 Days of Arthur Christmas…12 days of free children’s events in Downtown Santa Monica.

“Arthur Christmas” Snow Day

Sunday, Nov. 13, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Snow comes to the beach for the “Arthur Christmas” Snow Day! Come to the Promenade in front of Foot Locker and play in the snow!

Saturday, Nov. 19, 2 p.m to 5 p.m.

Enter the world of “Arthur Christmas” with FREE photo opportunities with Santa and a special take home photo. Pets are welcome to come between 4 to 5 p.m.*

Celebrate Black Friday weekend and kick-start the Downtown Santa Monica holiday shopping season with the annual Winterlit Holiday Celebration and Concert starring break-out recording artist Andy Grammer who is headlining this year’s concert! Bring the entire family for a special evening holiday concert when Grammer returns to the Downtown Santa Monica, where he was discovered singing on Third Street Promenade. Opening for Andy will be YouTube sensation, Savannah Outen. You won’t want to miss this show!
