News station KTLA5 captured a 45-foot rescue boat in action Tuesday afternoon in the rescue of a diver who went missing after diving off the Santa Monica Pier.
KTLA said the 32-year-old man was wearing a wet suit and was pulled from the water just after 5 p.m. – he had been in the water for about two hours.
The man was conscious and breathing when he was transported to a local hospital.
