Santa Monica College’s Emeritus College Concert Band will perform at 3 pm today

Santa Monica College’s Emeritus College Concert Band will perform at 3 pm today, Feb. 17 at The Broad Stage at 1310 11th Street, Santa Monica.

The concert band program will include many traditional, popular, and show tune favorites, like selections from “Porgy and Bess” and “West Side Story,” as well as some good old fashioned marches.

Admission and parking are free with no RSVP required.

This is one of the very few opportunities to enjoy a performance at The Broad Stage with no admission charge.

This band has been in existence for more than 44 years and has been a part of Santa Monica College since 1981, presenting free concerts every year.
