The 26th annual Los Angeles Modernism Show and Sale returns today through Sunday at the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica.
The event opened Thursday night with a celebrity-studded preview party to benefit P.S. ARTS, a non-profit organization dedicated to improving children’s lives through arts education.
The host committee for the preview party included P.S. ARTS supporters Maria and Bill Bell, Rachel Bilson, Kimberly and Albert Brooks, Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, and Elizabeth Stewart, among many other well-known film industry professionals and philanthopists.
P.S. ARTS provides arts education for thousands of Los Angeles public school students in lower-income neighborhoods.
This weekend’s event features more than 50 national and international exhibitors presenting decorative and fine arts from all design movements of the 20th century.
The event will offer a broad range of materials for collectors and home designers including furniture, lighting, sculpture, paintings, jewelry, silver, glass, ceramics, photography, textiles, prints, rugs, posters, vintage clothing, and accessories.
The show is open daily to the public. Entry is $15 per person at the door.
Show hours are today, April 26 and Saturday, April 27, 11 am to 7 pm; and Sunday, April 28, 11 am to 5 pm.
