Snyder Diamond at 1399 Olympic Boulevard in Santa Monica hosted Chef Josiah Citrin of Melisse for a private event on Wednesday, April 24.
The event gave attendees the opportunity to view Snyder Diamond’s showrooms, which included ideas for home kitchen and bath rooms.
Citrin then gave a cooking demonstration using an oven and hot plates from the BlueStar range.
One of the dishes was from his new cookbook “In Pursuit of Excellence.”
