On Sunday, May 18, at 4:58 p.m. officers of the Santa Monica Police Dept. (SMPD) received a report of a half-naked man who was in the streets of Santa Monica.
The police responded and found the half-naked man in the area of Main Street and Ocean Park Boulevard. This man was wearing his underpants and also a shirt that was inside out.
The man was also running into traffic, yelling at the traffic and generally causing a scene. The officers approached the man with the intent of having a conversation with him but soon concluded that he was too intoxicated.
This was confirmed when he urinated all over himself in the presence of the officers.
This 19-year-old man was arrested and charged with public intoxication.
Bail was set in the amount of $250.
