An SUV overturned several times on Lincoln Boulevard in Marina Del Rey this morning injuring both people inside, authorities said.
The incident occurred about 3 a.m. on the southbound side of Lincoln Boulevard at Fiji Way, said California Highway Patrol Officer Monica Posada.
It appeared at least one of the people in the blue Ford Explorer had major injuries, Posada said.
Los Angeles County firefighters responded to the scene at 3:05 a.m. and freed one victim who was trapped, then transported two people to hospitals, said Los Angeles County Fire Department Dispatch Supervisor Rey Dong.
The CHP was investigating the incident, Posada said.
