Santa Monica Place Summer Block Party Continues This Weekend:

Santa Monica Place sizzles with the coolest beachside Summer Block Party that continues this weekend.

The free event features a live concert, summer beauty tips and giveaways, tasty summertime treats, face painting, kids crafts, DJ beats, and a Smilebooth.  

Bring your favorite beach chair and soak up the rays Saturday afternoon as a talented line-up of artists – Lena Fayre, Alexandra & The Starlight Band and Magnolia Memoir – take the stage to perform live.

Get summer beauty tips and giveaways at the Summer Beauty Lounge hosted by Bloomingdale’s, showcasing bold new lip colors and the hottest sunscreens and bronzers for Summer.

Bring the family for kid-friendly events such as face painting and a beachy craft station with snacks provided by GoGo squeeZ.

Enjoy the refreshing taste of ZICO® Premium Coconut Water with full bottle giveaways on Saturday.

Say “Santa Monica”! Bring a smile and surfboard to pose for the camera at the Smilebooth and share with friends via #SummerSceneSMP.

The celebration will be held Saturday, Aug. 9 and Sunday, Aug. 10 from 1 pm to 5 pm. The Saturday concert will be held 4-6 pm.

The events will be held at Center Plaza at Santa Monica Place, 395 Santa Monica Place, Santa Monica.
