The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will close the westbound Santa Monica Freeway (I-10) 4th and 5th Streets off-ramp starting today, Nov. 16 to Friday, Nov. 20 daily from 10 pm to 5:30 am to repave the ramp.
Caltrans said motorists should expect delays and consider alternate routes; the California Highway Patrol will be on duty.
