14 Unit Apartment Building On 2nd Street In Santa Monica Sells For $6.275M:

A 14-unit apartment building located at 1008 2nd Street in Santa Monica has sold for $6,275,000, according to a realtor involved in the sale.

“This was the first time the property changed hands since construction in 1969,” said Tony Azzi of Azzi Advisors, who along with George Azzi represented both buyer and the seller in the transaction. “It’s not unusual for a building to be held by the same owner for years. This opportunity was truly once in a blue moon.”

Azzi Advisors has been representing buyers and sellers in the Santa Monica real estate market for more than 30 years.
