Pacific Park On Santa Monica Pier To Host Annual Job Fair On March 14:

Pacific Park on the Santa Monica Pier will host its annual job fair to hire more than 75 employees for Spring Break and Summer positions on Saturday, March 14 from 9 am to 2 pm.

Pacific Park welcomes more than 6.5 million visitors annually to the Santa Monica Pier and encourages individuals of all ages and backgrounds to join the team to help make lifetime memories for its guests.

Pacific Park said it offers seven great reasons to work at the two-acre amusement park:

– Work outdoors, 40 feet over the ocean, on the beach.

– Make new friends and develop job skills.

– Earn extra cash while having fun.

– Promotions and pay raises possible in just 60 days.

– Work around school schedules.

– Great perks: employee parties, movie tickets, free meals, park discounts, free ride wristbands, and discounts on-one-of-a-kind stuffed animals.

– Specialized on-the-job training, teaching real-life skills.

While the employee search is far and wide, the requirements are simple; Pacific Park looks for fun, outgoing, energetic team members to work in areas that include rides, games, retail and security, among others.

Potential employees can visit Pacific Park during the Job Fair at its table set-up adjacent to Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf or apply online at http://www.pacpark.com.

Applicants must be 16 or older with a valid work permit. Pacific Park is an equal opportunity employer.

Pacific Park employs more than 500 employees at any given time throughout the year and hires, trains and employs more than 750 individuals annually.

“Pacific Park has a very talented and unique employee base that we’re proud of and strive to maintain throughout the year. We encourage individuals of all ages and backgrounds to join our team,” says Jeff Klocke, Vice President of Marketing and Administration at Pacific Park on the Santa Monica Pier. “Our jobs provide students with opportunities to develop valuable skills, first-time employees with entry-level experience and supplemental income for employees already in the workforce.”

Pacific Park on the Santa Monica Pier, LA’s only admission free amusement park, offers 12 amusement rides, 14 midway games, an oceanfront food plaza and retail shops.

In addition to the Pacific Wheel, the world’s only solar-powered Ferris wheel, Pacific Park’s signature rides include The West Coaster, a steel roller coaster that races 55 feet above the Santa Monica Bay; and Inkie’s Air Lift Balloon Ride, the high-flying, family-sharing kids’ ride.

Pacific Park on the Santa Monica Pier is located at 380 Santa Monica Pier, Santa Monica, CA 90401.
