Housing Commission To Host Discussion Thursday On Affordable Housing In Santa Monica:

The City of Santa Monica Housing Commission will host Santa Monica Mayor Kevin McKeown, former Santa Monica Mayor Denny Zane, and Sarah Letts, Director of Community Corporation of Santa Monica, at its meeting at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, May 21.

It will be held in the Multipurpose Room of the Santa Monica Main Library, 601 Santa Monica Boulevard, Santa Monica.

The Housing Commission, a seven-member board that advises the Santa Monica City Council on affordable housing issues, has invited these guest speakers to discuss the history of affordable housing policy and production in Santa Monica.

Members of the public are invited to attend and provide input.

The meeting place is wheelchair-accessible. If you require any special disability related accommodations (i.e. sign language interpreting, access to an amplified sound system, etc.), contact the Housing Division at (310) 458-8702 at least three days prior to the scheduled meeting.
