Santa Monica City Pays Restaurant $25,000 for Sewage Mainline Problem:

Restaurant Chinois on Main was awarded a $25,000 settlement in Closed Sessions as part of Tuesday’s Santa Monica City Council Meeting.

Announced prior to the Council’s open meeting, City Attorney Marsha Jones Moutrie stated that the settlement resulted from a sewage mainline problem.

Chinois on Main is a Wolfgang Puck enterprise located at 2709 Main Street Santa Monica.
