The Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District Board of Education will be holding a special meeting on Thursday, Jan. 7, at 4 pm at the district office: 1651 16th Street, Santa Monica.
This will be a Board of Education/Executive Cabinet retreat. During this retreat, a facilitator will work with the Board of Education and executive cabinet to discuss board and leadership team practices as well as effective governance procedures. Such retreats are standard throughout a school year.
