Much thanks to everyone who organized the inspiring event in Santa Monica Palisades Park and everyone who attended!
New trees were planted at a special Santa Monica Arbor Day event and 5 trees were officially designated to be the first in the City’s new Heritage Tree Program, including the Children’s Tree of Life, which was planted by Marissa and I at a 1983 Earth Day peace celebration in the park.
(Marissa and I were married at that tree nearly 34 years ago, so it’s extra special to us!)
