Santa Monica Beach Clean Up Saturday, May 12

Project Save our Surf, a nonprofit supporting clean water and oceans, will host a beach cleanup on Saturday, May 12th at 11 am-1 pm at Life Guard Tower 28 in Santa Monica. The address is 2600 Bernard Way Santa Monica, CA 90405.  Food, buckets and gloves will be provided for the cleanup.

Local actress Tanna Frederick founded Project Save our Surf in 2008. She is an active surfer and environmentalist who works vigorously to bring both the entertainment and surf industries together in support of clean oceans.

Project Save Our Surf is dedicated to the conservation of our oceans, fresh water and the delicate marine ecosystems that reside therein. Surfers, celebrities, friends, families and businesses come together to help preserve and strengthen our planet.  They believe that through education, awareness outreach and physical involvement, we can generate significant change to our environment. However, a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) on the Civic Auditorium will go-ahead immediately.
