Santa Monica real estate agent Ron Wynn has earned the honor of being ranked among the Top 1,000 real estate agents and teams in the United States, as announced in the 2018 REAL Trends “The Thousand” report published in The Wall Street Journal. Ron Wynn is an agent affiliated with the Santa Monica Montana office of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage.
REAL Trends ranked Wynn No. 49 on the list of the Top 250 real estate agents in the U.S. based on closed sales volume in 2017.
“Ron’s great work ethic and ability to put his clients first, helped secure him a spot among real estate’s elite in the United States,” said Robert Foster, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Greater Los Angeles. “He truly deserves this ranking and recognition.”
“The Thousand” ranking consists of all real estate agents and teams throughout the United States who took part in residential real estate transactions in 2017. It is divided into four Top 250 categories, separately comparing individual agents and teams based on closed transaction sides and closed sales volume. To qualify, an individual agent must have closed 50 transaction sides or $20 million in closed sales volume for the prior year. A team must have closed 75 transaction sides or $30 million in closed sales volume for the prior year.
In addition to “The Thousand,” Wynn ranked No. 42 in the Wall Street Journal’s Top 400 Real Estate Sales Professionals and has been named as one of the top 100 sales associates by The Wall Street Journal for the past 10 years. He has consistently been among the top 25 agents affiliated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in California and for several years, he has ranked in the top 10 for the state of California.
