Police Seek Assistance in Locating Critical Missing Person

Stephanie Fone last seen at Santa Monica CLARE|MATRIX recovery center

The Santa Monica Police Department (SMPD) is seeking public assistance looking for a critical missing person who walked away from a local recovery center.

According to the SMPD, Stephanie Fone, a person in their late 20s, walked away from the CLARE|MATRIX, a 24-hour residential addiction treatment facility located at 2644 30th Street in Santa Monica Sunday morning.

Fone was last seen wearing their hair in a ponytail and dark blue hospital scrubs. If seen, the SMPD is asking the public to call 911 or the dispatch center at (310) 458-8491.
