Seasonal Flavor Debuts Alongside the Return of Favorites: Miso Butterscotch Brownie and Burnt Orange.
Jeni’s Splendid Ice Creams is ushering in the fall season with the release of its newest flavor, Caramel Apple Crumble, arriving Wednesday, Sept. 4, at scoop shops across Los Angeles.
The seasonal creation combines the crisp, tart taste of orchard-fresh apples with the rich, cozy flavors of a baked apple dessert. The ice cream features a blend of real apples, apple purée, and apple juice enhanced with two types of apple essence to capture a just-picked freshness. A swirl of buttery caramel sauce and gluten-free brown sugar oat crumble rounds out the flavor, delivering a sweet, gooey texture reminiscent of a warm, homemade crumble.

The new flavor leads Jeni’s fall lineup, which also includes the return of several customer favorites:
- Miso Butterscotch Brownie (Sept. 4): A sweet-and-savory blend of buttery caramel cream, umami-rich miso, and gluten-free dark chocolate brownies for a rich, complex bite.
- Burnt Orange (Sept. 25): Juicy orange ice cream swirled with salted vanilla custard and burnt orange caramel, delivering a bold and unexpected citrus-forward treat.
- Cookies in Cream (Sept. 25): A from-scratch twist on a classic, featuring gluten-free chocolate cookies with white chocolate flecks folded into a vanilla-scented cream.
Caramel Apple Crumble and other flavors will be available in all Jeni’s Los Angeles locations beginning this month. For more information, visit jenis.com.
