Socal Staple Teams With Smash Kitchen for a Holiday Turkey Burger Topped With Organic Cranberry Mayo
Southern California favorite Irv’s Burgers is rolling out a holiday collaboration with Smash Kitchen, the organic condiment brand launched by actor and producer Glen Powell. The two companies have introduced a limited-time Friendsgiving Burger, blending comfort-food nostalgia with cleaner ingredients for the seasonal menu item.
The specialty burger will be sold from November 18 through December 1 at all Irv’s Burgers locations in California and Las Vegas. Priced at $12, the sandwich features a quarter-pound turkey patty topped with melted cheddar, caramelized onions, lettuce, tomato, and pickles, with fried yams added for a sweet-savory contrast.
The centerpiece is Smash Kitchen’s limited-edition organic cranberry mayo, served on a butter-toasted sesame bun.
Powell’s Smash Kitchen line emphasizes affordable organic pantry staples, while Irv’s Burgers has remained one of the region’s most familiar names in fast-casual dining. The Friendsgiving partnership marks the brands’ first collaboration.
