So Delicious Dairy Free Recalls Salted Caramel Frozen Dessert Over Foreign Material Risk

Danone U.S. Says Certain Pints Sold Nationwide Should Not Be Consumed

Danone U.S. has issued a voluntary nationwide recall of certain So Delicious Dairy Free® Salted Caramel Cluster Non-Dairy Frozen Dessert pints after the company discovered the potential presence of foreign materials in the product, including small stones and other hard objects.

The recall, announced December 15, 2025, applies only to Salted Caramel Cluster frozen dessert pints with specific best-by dates occurring before August 8, 2027. No other So Delicious Dairy Free® products, flavors, or production codes are affected, the company said.

Danone said the issue is limited to the cashew inclusions used in the product. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has been notified of the voluntary recall, and the company is working with retail partners to remove the affected items from store shelves.

Consumers who purchased the recalled product are advised not to consume it. Danone said the issue has been identified and corrected, and the company expects the product to return to stores once corrective measures are fully implemented.

Customers seeking refunds or additional information may contact the So Delicious Dairy Free® Consumer Care Line at 833-367-8975. Consumer care representatives are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern time.
