New restaurant emphasizes seed oil–free cooking and minimally processed ingredients

Two Los Angeles-area Palms ‘n Patties locations have opened, serving burgers made exclusively with organic, grass-fed beef, positioning the concept as an alternative for diners seeking less processed options.

The restaurant is now open daily from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. at 3032 Wilshire Blvd. in Santa Monica and at 8121 W. 3rd St. in Los Angeles. The menu centers on burgers prepared with 100% organic, grass-fed beef, accompanied by hand-cut fries and house-made sauces.

The restaurant said the kitchen avoids seed oils and additives, instead preparing food with traditional fats such as beef tallow. Fries are double-fried, and sauces are made without industrial oils or preservatives.

The emphasis on organic, grass-fed beef reflects a focus on ingredient sourcing and production standards. Grass-fed beef is typically raised without synthetic additives and is often associated with environmental and nutritional benefits compared with conventionally raised cattle.

Both locations offer dine-in service and are open seven days a week.
