Five-bedroom estate once described as the late ‘Charmed’ star’s sanctuary is withdrawn.
Shannen Doherty’s longtime Malibu home is no longer on the market following a series of price reductions that brought the asking price down by $750,000 from its original listing, as reported exclusively by Realtor.com.
The property, which had most recently been offered for $8.75 million, was withdrawn weeks after the latest cut. It had first been listed for $9.5 million just over a year after Doherty’s death in July 2024 at age 53 following a prolonged battle with cancer.

The Beverly Hills 90210 star purchased the five-bedroom residence in 2004 for $2.56 million. Over the years, she described the 5,400-square-foot property as a refuge from Hollywood and a place of privacy during her cancer treatments.
Compass agent Chris Cortazzo, a longtime friend of the actress, listed the home. Shortly after the initial listing, the price was reduced to $9.45 million. In September 2025, another $700,000 was trimmed from the asking price, bringing it to $8.75 million before it was ultimately removed from the market. It is unclear whether the property will be relisted.

According to Cortazzo, proceeds from any eventual sale are intended for Doherty’s mother, Rosa. Doherty did not have children.

The Malibu residence underwent significant renovations in 2018 after sustaining damage during the Woolsey Fire.
