405 Freeway Crash In Culver City Snarls Traffic:

Latest 405 Freeway news.

One person was injured today when a motorist crashed a vehicle into the rear of a big rig that was parked on the right shoulder of the southbound San Diego (405) Freeway in Culver City.

The crash occurred about 9:15 a.m. north of Washington Boulevard, according to the California Highway Patrol.

The condition of the injured person was not immediately known.

Three lanes were blocked while an investigation was conducted into the crash, backing up traffic on the southbound freeway as far back as the Sepulveda Pass.
