Drop Off Unwanted Prescription Drugs To SMPD This Saturday:

Drop off any old or unwanted prescription drugs to the Santa Monica Police Department on Saturday -- no questions asked.

The Santa Monica Police Department and the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) will give the public another opportunity to prevent pill abuse and theft by ridding their homes of potentially dangerous expired, unused, and unwanted prescription drugs this Saturday, April 27.

From 10 am to 2 pm, residents can bring their medications for disposal to the front of the Santa Monica Police Department at 333 Olympic Drive.

An officer will be available at the curb to make it easier for you to just drive up and drop off your unused or unwanted prescription drugs.

The service is free, anonymous, and no questions will be asked.
