Naam Yoga LA Creates Human Peace Circle On Santa Monica Beach:

In celebration of International Peace Day and Heal the Bay's Coastal Clean Up Day

In celebration of International Peace Day on Saturday — and coinciding with Heal the Bay’s Coastal Cleanup Day — Naam Yoga LA brought more than 100 people together on the beach near the Santa Monica Pier to form a human peace circle of healing and sound mediation. The group was joined by the Agape Choir.

The free event was held near lifeguard tower 1550 just before 9 am.

Naam Yoga LA is a spiritual and physical wellness and research center and 501 (c)(3) organization located in the heart of Santa Monica.

Naam Yoga is both a new form of yoga and a science that includes sound, movement, and breathing, aiding the flow of energy through the body to achieve optimal health and well-being. 

Naam Yoga LA in Santa Monica is the international headquarters for this rapidly-growing form of yoga also offered in New York, Miami, Mexico, and 10 other counties.
