Los Angeles Kings Championship Parade This Monday:

A championship parade and rally celebrating the Los Angeles Kings’ second Stanley Cup championship in three seasons will be held Monday.

The parade will begin at noon at Fifth and Figueroa streets, with players, their families, coaches, team staff, broadcasters, team mascot Bailey and the Ice Crew riding aboard double-decker buses and other specially decorated vehicles with the Stanley Cup, Conn Smythe Trophy and Clarence Campbell Cup.

Fans planning to attend the parade are encouraged to line the one-mile parade route on Figueroa Street from Fifth Street to Chick Hearn Court. All the immediate areas adjacent to Staples Center and L.A. Live will be controlled by the Los Angeles Police Department and Department of Transportation with limited access to an area of limited size.

The parade is expected to last 30-45 minutes.

The rally will begin at 1 p.m. in Staples Center, with ticket holders able to enter at 11:30 a.m. to watch the parade on the arena’s video screens.

Fans with tickets for the sold-out rally may show their ticket to enter special viewing areas along Chick Hearn Court on both the L.A. Live and Staples Center sides of the street.

The rally will include video highlights from the season, introductions of the team, coaching staff and executives and speeches by many of the players.

The parade and rally will be shown live by Prime Ticket.
