Into The Storm opened in third place with $18 million, and The Hundred Foot Journey debuted in fourth place with $11.1 million.

Rounding out the 10 most-popular movies in the United States and Canada this weekend were Lucy ($9.3 million), Step Up All In (opening with $6.6 million), Hercules ($5.7 million), Get On Up ($5 million), Dawn Of The Planet Of the Apes ($4.4 million) and Planes: Fire And Rescue ($2.4 million).
