Westside Family Health Center Throwing Dance Party Fundraiser On Saturday:

'I HEART WFHC' on Saturday will help raise money to provide health care to those in need.

Valentine’s Day may be over another year, but Santa Monica residents are being urged to treat themselves or their sweetie to a night of delicious food and desserts, wine and champagne, art, dancing and other fun activities at the “I HEART WFHC” Champagne and Dessert Dance Party Fundraiser this weekend.

The event will take place this Saturday, Feb. 21, from 7 pm to 11 pm at Bergamot Station’s TAG Gallery at 2525 Michigan Avenue in Santa Monica.

Tickets are $50 each and sponsorships start at $100. All proceeds will benefit Westside Family Health Center (WFHC), a non-profit community health center that has been an integral part of the community for 41 years.

WFHC serves low-income men, women, children, and the uninsured population who live, work or attend school in and around Santa Monica, both at their clinic site, founded in 1974, and on their Mobile Medical Unit, launched in 2011.

The event has been generously sponsored by individuals, businesses, partners, and vendors.

Top sponsors include Comerica Bank, Debra A. Farmer and Robert Hartstone, and Kaiser Permanente.

For a current list of all sponsors, visit www.wfhcenter.org and click on more under “I HEART WFHC.”

The event will also feature a prize drawing. Prizes include a Saint Laurent clutch, a Chloe “Ashley” tote, a sculpture by Joan Wynn, a painting by Joan Ransohoff and more.

Drawing tickets start at $6 each and are available for pre-purchase, but winners must be present to win.

Contact Molly Maher at mmaher@wfchenter.org or 310.450.4773, ext. 253 for more information about “I HEART WFHC.” Sponsorships and tickets are available online at weblink.donorperfect.com/FebruaryFundraiser.
