This Thursday: National Day of Action to Reclaim our Public Schools

Hundreds of parents, teachers and students from across SMMUSD took part in the “National Day of Action to Reclaim Our Schools”, this morning, at John Adams Middle School (JAMS).

This before school “walk in” was promoted by the California Teachers Association and calls on all elected leaders to commit to the American vision of public education.

Speakers at the JAMS event included:
Brianno Cornejo-Perez ASB Treasurer
Mateo Marquez ASB President
Principal Richardson and
SMMCTA President Sarah Braff

SMMUSD stands for Excellence through Equity for ALL students.
