The community initiative aims to help men “rethink masculinity,” offering programs that address three core areas; “individual”, “family,” and “work”. The project was founded by Gunter Swoboda, a psychologist, speaker, author, mentor, coach and facilitator. His wife, is also a Making Good Men Great Speaker.
