On Sunday, December 3rd, the 9th Annual Wigs on ICE, a costume, ice-skating, and holiday party was a big a hit with the community. Hosted by Lago Santa Monica, Santa Monica Chamber of Commerce and Downtown Santa Monica, attendees were invited to wear festive wigs and bring an unwrapped toy or gift card. The annual event benefits Santa Monica PAL, a local non-profit that helps youth to develop skills that build self-esteem and encourage them to reach their full potential.
