New Roads Wins In Volleyball:

New Roads defeated Shalhevet in a Harbor League girls’ volleyball match, 25-7, 25-11, 25-3.

The win gave New Roads a 2-0 league record and 2-2 overall.

Ana Ramirez had eight aces and four kills. Mary Lou Gonzalez had seven aces and three kills.

New Roads will have a match at Crossroads Thursday, September 28, at 5 p.m.

Coach Lisa Marshall is anticipating a successful season as the team has seven seniors.
