Celebrate Santa Monica’s Community Heroes

The 27th Annual New Heroes Celebration, sponsored by the Santa Monica Chamber of Commerce, is scheduled for Wednesday, October 27, 2021, at 5 p.m. in a virtual program. This event is an opportunity for the business community and City to welcome Santa Monica’s finest educators, firefighters, and police officers.

Each year, Inspirational Heroes from Santa Monica are honored for their outstanding contributions and important work in the community. These are our unsung heroes, and they deserve this recognition.”

The program will open with a welcome from  Santa Monica Mayor Sue Himmelrich.  Senator Ben Allen, City Manager David White and Police Chief Ramon Batista will provide words of encouragement to the honorees and guests, during this challenging time.
