Alfalfa, a restaurant that the founders call “Real food that inspires joy” and is from Hoboken, New Jersey now has a location in Santa Monica at 2309 Main Street. They serve salads, breakfast burritos, bone broth, homemade gluten-free donuts, and plant-friendly meals. You can also build your own salad so you can eat the perfect salad of your choice.
However, the big news is that they will be serving attendees at Coachella their tasty salads, doughnuts, and drinks both weekends at Coachella alongside several other great restaurants starting this weekend, Friday, April 14.
Additionally, Alfalfa is launching two collaboration salads this week alongside Day 1 performer Whyte Fang and TikTok sensation Chef Bae at the festival to celebrate.
