World of Barbie Offering After-Hours Drinking Events for Adults

“Sips After Sunset” Includes the Pink Drink, the Malibu Sunset, Prosecco and Rose.

World of Barbie is presenting Sips After Sunset, a series of adults-only evenings with themed beverages and bites and exclusive after-hours access to the World of Barbie. 

The cocktail and drinks menu for Sips After Sunset includes the following options: The Pink Drink: A mixture of tequila, triple sec, pink grapefruit juice, and lime juice, shaken and served on the rocks with a lime garnish; Malibu Sunset: A blend of vodka, pineapple juice, and cranberry juice, shaken and served on the rocks with a lime garnish. Additionally, Prosecco, Rose, and Sauvignon Blanc are available for ordering.

Each event lasts for 120 minutes. Participants must be 21 years or older with a valid ID. Guests are encouraged to dress in their most fabulous Barbie-core attire. Drinks are not included in the ticket and must be purchased separately from the cashless bar on-site.

The annual Nick Gabaldón Day was held on Santa Monica’s Bay Street Beach at Tower 20 Saturday, with local environmental advocate Heal the Bay helping to celebrate Los Angeles’ diverse community of ocean lovers. A coalition of groups organized the day as a salute to Nick Gabaldón, a 1950s waterman of African American and Latino heritage, known as L.A.’s first surfer of color.
