‘Tóp Tép’ Vietnamese Pop-Up Coming to Wine Bar

The à la Carte Menu Includes Banh MI and Beef Tartare

Esters Wine Shop & Bar, located at 1314 Seventh St., will host Tóp Tép Co-Founders Thao Pham and Nam Nguyen and their Vietnamese cuisine-inspired pop-up series. Hailing from Hanoi, the series features contemporary twists on traditional dishes.

The event will take place July 27 from 5 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. The à la carte menu for the evening includes selections such as Banh Mi, Beef Tartare, Tuna Crudo, Dry Chicken Pho, and seasonally-inspired ice cream. The Esters team will pair these dishes with wines and signature cocktails.

Guests are encouraged to make reservations via Resy in advance, as these regular guest chef pop-ups tend to attract a bustling crowd. However, Esters Wine Shop & Bar will also accommodate walk-in guests on the night of the event. To get your spot, go to https://www.esterswineshop.com/.
