Santa Monica Restaurant Debuts Autumn-Inspired Dishes and Cocktails
Santa Monica restaurant Marelle has introduced a new fall dinner menu crafted by Executive Chef Raphael Lunetta and Chef Robert Martinez, celebrating the region’s autumn harvest with a blend of coastal freshness and comforting seasonal flavors.
The new lineup features a mix of refined and rustic dishes, including Cinderella Pumpkin Soup with sage and toasted pecans, and a Fall Harvest Salad layered with roasted Brussels sprouts, ripe pears, and a maple cider vinaigrette.

Heartier options round out the menu, such as a Bone-In Pork Chop served with butternut squash purée and a Pan-Roasted Ora King Salmon complemented by gochujang buttermilk and marinated beets.
To pair with the updated menu, Beverage Director Christopher Mesa has unveiled a fresh selection of autumn cocktails inspired by seasonal ingredients and coastal influences.
