The project would include 25,081 square feet of floor area on the site, achieving a floor area ratio of 2.53:1. Plans call for a maximum building height of 36 feet and 19 parking spaces.

The proposal will be discussed by the Venice Neighborhood Council’s Land Use and Planning Committee during its meeting on Monday, May 4.
The property is located between 7th Avenue and Lincoln Boulevard in a residential area of Venice.
