Veteran television and film actor Titus Welliver is seeking a nearly $4 million profit on his rural Los Angeles compound, listing the fire-resistant Topanga Canyon property for just under $7.8 million, as reported by The Robb Report.
The 6,026-square-foot contemporary estate, situated on nearly six private acres in the foothills above Malibu, represents a significant markup from the price the “Bosch” star paid for the residence in 2021. Juliette Hohnen of Douglas Elliman holds the listing.
