The Montana Avenue butcher shop announces Saturday menu and a collaboration with e. baldi.
Limited-edition steak sandos, artisanal paninis, and high-profile chef collaborations will headline the Saturday lunch menu at McCall’s Meat & Fish Co. this June.
The weekly sandwich specials drop every Saturday starting at 11 a.m. at the shop, located at 1426 Montana Ave., Suite 7. Because the items routinely sell out quickly, the counter enforces a strict limit of two sandwiches per customer. Parking is available in the back of the store.
The upcoming June schedule features a distinct menu item or event each week:
June 6: The month kicks off with the “Chicken Pesto Panini 2.0,” an updated version of the shop’s classic pressed chicken sandwich.
June 13: McCall’s is partnering with Beverly Hills Italian staple e. baldi to drop a custom Wagyu beef meatball sub.
June 20: The kitchen will showcase a Japanese-inspired miso-marinated Wagyu steak sando.
June 27: The shop will pause its regular Santa Monica counter service for a special off-site collaboration. Instead of serving on Montana Avenue, the McCall’s team will host a collaborative pop-up event at Good Boy & Friends at François Ghebaly + Night Gallery Arts District.
While the first three weekly drops are available for standard walk-up service in Santa Monica, the June 27 event requires separate admission. Ticket sales and location details for the month-end pop-up are hosted directly on the Good Boy & Friends website.
