Premium denim and apparel brand PAIGE is returning to Palisades Village when the shopping center reopens Aug. 15.

The brand, co-founded by Pacific Palisades resident Paige Adams-Geller in 2004, was a tenant at the Caruso-developed center before the 2025 wildfires damaged the property. It previously operated at 1051 N. Swarthmore Ave.

PAIGE sells jeans, apparel and related items “focused on fit and quality.” To mark the reopening, the brand will offer a Palisades Social Club T-shirt and sweatshirt, with proceeds going to wildfire recovery nonprofit Steadfast LA, according to the Los Angeles Daily News.

“What I admire most about the Caruso properties is their ability to create a sense of belonging within communities and a place to call home,” Adams-Geller said in a statement reported by the Daily News. “Palisades Village is an extension of what the Pacific Palisades community has always embodied — an inclusive place to gather and make memories.”

PAIGE is among several high-end retail brands and restaurants announcing a return to the shopping district, including Veronica Beard, Erewhon, Brunello Cucinelli, Zimmermann, Blue Ribbon Sushi and Elyse Walker. New tenants include Los Angeles apparel brand Xirena, which is opening its first standalone store; women’s apparel label LETSET; beauty retailer Violet Grey; and Nancy Silverton’s Italian steakhouse Spacca Tutto.

PAIGE operates several locations across the United States, as well as stores in Macau and London, and its products are sold in more than 80 countries.
