On Sunday, June 1, Route 5 will be on detour due to the SoRo Community Festival from approximately 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Towards Expo Culver City Station
Regular route to Pico Boulevard at Robertson Boulevard, then buses will detour and continue on Pico Boulevard, turn left on La Cienega Boulevard, left on Olympic Boulevard, left on Robertson Boulevard, right on Pico Boulevard, and come to a final stop on Pico Boulevard at Robertson Boulevard westbound. Please note there will be no service south of Pico Boulevard and Robertson Boulevard.
The following stops will be missed:
- Robertson Boulevard at Pico Boulevard, Cashio Street, Airdrome Street, Monte Mar Drive, Sawyer Street, Hillsboro Avenue, 24th Street, Beverlywood Street, Olin Street, Cattaraugus Avenue, and Kincardine Avenue.
- National Boulevard at Robertson Boulevard, and Venice Boulevard/Expo Culver City Station.
- Robertson Boulevard at Venice Boulevard/Expo Culver City Station.
Towards Santa Monica
Service will start on Pico Boulevard at Robertson Boulevard and continue via regular route.
The following bus stops will be missed:
- Robertson Boulevard at Venice Boulevard/Expo Culver City Station
- National Boulevard at Venice Boulevard and Robertson Boulevard
- Robertson Boulevard at Kincardine Avenue, Cattaraugus Avenue, Olin Street, Beverlywood Street, 24th Street, Cadillac Avenue, Sawyer Street, 18th Street, Airdrome Street, and Cashio Street.
