Historic Clayhouse Studio Holds Pottery Showcase & Fundraiser 

One of the oldest ceramic studios in Southern California is offering handmade gifts at great holiday prices at their annual showcase

What: The two-day art showcase and sale Fri., Dec. 9  and Sat., Dec.10.  On display will be the handmade pottery and sculpture of more than 20 local artists who are member residents of the studio.

When:  The event will begin with a public Friday evening reception and refreshments to celebrate the studio’s longevity in the Southland.  The large walk-though production studio turned gallery will feature nearly 2 dozen exhibits featuring handmade bowls, platters, porcelain vases, planters and coffee mugs – all perfect holiday gifts – along with one-of-a-kind indoor and outdoor ceramic sculpture.

Many of the crafts items will be priced from $15 to $100. The show and sale clayhouse-pix-1hours are: Friday, 4 pm to 9 pm, with a public reception featuring refreshments, and continued sale Saturday, 10 am to 6 pm. There is no charge to the public.
