Ground was broken for the transformation of an existing building at 1751 Cloverfield Avenue into OPCC’s new services building on May 25. When completed, it will be the permanent home of OPCC’s Daybreak Shelter, WIND (Women in New Directions) and Safe Haven programs, which provide housing and comprehensive services and integrated care to adults living with mental illness and co-occuring disorders.
