Person Injured On Southbound 405 Freeway In Brentwood Area:

A person was injured today in a traffic crash on the southbound San Diego (405) Freeway in the Brentwood area, authorities said.

Paramedics were sent to the area north of Getty Center Drive at 6:28 a.m., said Erik Scott of the Los Angeles Fire Department, adding that the crash left a vehicle on its side.

The person was taken to a hospital in unknown condition.
