Westside Areas To Avoid During President Obama’s Two-Day LA Visit:

The Los Angeles Police Department is advising motorists to expect traffic delays across the Westside during President Barack Obama’s two-day visit to Los Angeles starting today.

Obama is expected to arrive at Los Angeles International Airport at 4:45 pm Monday in order to attend several functions in the area.

Although specific locations about his destinations are not available for security purposes, website politicalpartytime.org says Obama will today appear at fundraisers at the Beverly Hills-area homes of former basketball player Magic Johnson and Saban Capital Group Chairman Haim Saban for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee and Democratic Senate Campaign Committee.

KTLA reports that Obama will visit the DreamWorks Animation studio in Glendale Tuesday morning to deliver remarks about the economy.

Obama is then scheduled to conduct a fundraiser Tuesday for the Democratic National Committee at the Hancock Park home of Marta Kauffman, a co-creator of the hit NBC comedy “Friends,” according to politicalpartytime.org.
